As we approach going live with clients its critical we are ready to support higher call volumes and deliver a good customer experience. One of the long overdue items that I’ve been holding off was upgrading our internal phone systems. For now, the call volume has been predictable and steady. We were able to handle calls by directing them through one main queue. As we approach going live our volume can increase dramatically and we need to be prepared to properly service existing clients by directing calls to proper queues such as support, sales, and general queues...

Upcoming features and Beta feedback.

One of the exciting aspects for me being a part of the FinFolio team is when we start working on a new feature of the system. This is when I take the years of experience working with multiple other systems in different types of investment shops and try to apply that knowledge and experience to building a better mousetrap.

We've added a lot of functionality since our last Alpha release. Currently, we are wrapping up exisiting bugs, finishing off the last bit of remaining functionality, and getting the software ready for beta. We felt that it would be good for our Beta group to get their hands on another alpha release prior to running FinFolio parallel to their existing systems in beta.
