FinFolio Features Minimize
Client Hierarchy

FinFolio has Household and Portfolio levels to complement your system of record data (Client, Account, Security Position). You can rearrange the legal relationships into something more appropriate for portfolio management without modifying your custodial accounts.

The portfolio is FinFolio's flexible "catch-all". You can create portfolios composed of accounts or individual security positions. You can create an unlimited number of portfolios and use them to model/rebalance, bill, or report across multiple accounts. Portfolios can group sub-accounts together into master portfolios, wrap up a UMA strategy,  an SMA strategy, or consolidate variable annuity accounts. Households can contain portfolios as well as clients.

Management Hierarchy

Above the client and household level you have managers. Above the manager level, the structure is completely customizable. For larger firms, part of your installation process will be customizing your login and reporting hierarchy to match your firm.

You can use segmented logins for different branches, sub-branches, advisors and brokers in your firm; each login sees only the data you want them to see. Use a flexible grouping and management structure to perfectly tailor the login hierarchy to match the real reporting hierarchy in your firm. No "extra levels" or "missing tiers".
