FinFolio has recently release v2.27 of our portfolio management and reporting system. Let's take a look at some of the new powerful features!
New Pie Chart & Bar Chart for Dashboards
A number of new features have been added to further extend the ability to customize the charts. Bar and pie charts have more options based on specific folios or firm wide reporting. These charts us the same data sources as FinFolio's extensive dashboard views.
Bar charts are available as bars or columns. Pie charts are available as pie, donut, pyramid or single bars.
Searchable Notes
FinFolio enables users to take notes on activities and conversations with clients that can be synced with popular CRM applications.
Notes have the capability to use search terms to filter entries. In addition, a period can be set to limit the time span of the notes displayed.
Simply enter a search term into the Search box on the left side of the screen. FinFolio will then display the Notes that contain the search term, listing the most recent Note at the top.
This feature is very helpful to uncover notes from the past that an advisor may need to resurface.
In addition, a new feature is the ability to enter notes based on spoken text. Simply click on the microphone and dictate the note.
Account Level Exclusions
FinFolio is able to exclude individual positions from rebalancing, billing, reporting, performance and 13F. It can be done at the household level or at the account level.
Account level exclusions are new, allowing the user to focus on a single account. All capabilities found in the household exclusion section can be found at the account level.
