Within FinFolio there is a lightweight task management system that is called Workflows. It allows for the creation of tasks via triggered workflows. Tasks can be moved between FinFolio & Redtail.

CRM with Redtail and Wealthbox

Redtail is our premier CRM, one used by 70% of RIAs. The FinFolio integration can move data between the two systems, with the advisor in full control of which fields are updated. An excellent solution to populate your current Redtail database with updated client information, including account values.

Wealthbox is another popular CRM with RIAs.

Document Vault

You may be aware of using Box.com to move reports to a client's document tab within the Client Portal. Did you know it can also be used by your clients to securely send documents to you?

Both on the Client Portal documents page & under the documents tab on an advisor's folio view, the + icon provides the access to push documents up into Box.com. FinFolio will take care of the location. Anything your client sends to you will be automatically added to the documents view of the folio.

Scheduling with Calendly

To help alleviate the back and forth emails or phone calls when scheduling a meeting, have your clients use Calendly. You can connect the integration on the FinFolio Client Portal. With the integration, your clients can find open times on your calendar, automatically creating and confirming the time.

Messaging with FreshChat

Would your clients like to chat with your staff while they are in the FinFolio Client Portal? FreshChat is the integration to do exactly this. Chat is a good way to work with clients without using the phone or email.
