So we're starting our search for two Denver-based positions. Director - Professional Services
The Professional Services role is a longer-term need, but will be one of the most important positions in the company. I want somebody who can work hands-on at the micro level, but is also capable of building out and managing a real professional services department as the company grows. In the short term, this person will be responsible for all the customization that we do for our clients--custom reports, interfaces, conversions, billing modules, rebalancing modules, etc. If we find the right person, we could put them to work immediately, writing reports and interfaces atop the framework.
Senior Developer - Microsoft C# .NET
This one is fairly straightforward--a solid .NET programmer who can generally help us build out the software. Financial services experience is strongly preferred, as part of this job is to write reports and interfaces. We are using Silverlight, nHibernate, WF, and WCF.
