FinFolio has recently release v2.27 of our portfolio management and reporting system. Let's take a look at some of the new powerful features!
Send Email directly from a folio
FinFolio has the ability to send email directly from a folio to the client’s email address. It allows for quick notes to be sent without having to move to another email application.
More than one recipient can be added to the list, in addition to the client.
The email subject line and body can contain variables, making it set to either Current User Name or Primary Contact First Name.
Documents can be attached.
Once ready, a preview tab is provided to ensure it looks correct before sending out.
Dashboard Views w/secondary column & hover texts
Dashboard views are a powerful way to filter and display data within FinFolio. A large selection of data sources and the ability to craft Boolean filters help users quickly find the data they need.
The columns available on a dashboard view is determined by the data source selected. The columns can be arranged in any order desired.
A new feature is to provide a secondary column text, including icon selection & custom hover text. It allows a user to add further information to each column, enhancing the data shown.
